He helped me a few years back lose 6 stone in weight and is now helping me to build muscle and tone up. Elliott is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness and nutrition. He listens to what you want to achieve and develops a workout plan that will get you those results. Elliott is also very sociable. I talk to him about lots of different subjects in between sets and his advice has helped me on numerous occasions. This puts you at ease immediately and I never feel awkward. *"I began training with Elliott several months ago, at that stage I weighed 18 stone and 10lbs. Although I think many trainers might have found this a bit daunting, Elliott very quickly ascertained not only what my goals  were but how hard he could push me to achieve them. Then as all good trainers do, he pushed me further ignoring an enormous amount of whinging along the way.
 
I've probably had some sort of gym membership for ten years, with varying degrees of success. Along with that I've had five different personal trainers, ranging from an ex army pt instructor to a short stint with a “heal the mind and the body will follow” type trainer. Personally I like Elliott's style, which is not to let me get away with anything but not to intimidate either.

*I set myself the initial goal to lose two stones before my 50th in July.  We met twice a week and Elliott planned a schedule for me that would gradually improve my fitness and posture and also help me reach my goal.  He was also invaluable in advising me regarding my diet and recommending a calorie intake that would enable a safe weight loss but also to enable me to cope with his training sessions.
 
I reached my target weight loss in only twelve weeks.  Better still, my weight  continued to drop  and now I am comfortably maintaining it.
 
 Not only is Elliott a skilled and extremely knowledgeable trainer, he has the ability to motivate without the slightest hint of aggression.  I would highly recommend Elliott's Personal Training sessions to anyone of any age."

*I signed up on a recommendation after a serious illness and needing  to get fit. During this time Elliott has contrived to make every session interesting and suited specifically for my needs. For example, I am now fit enough to take up golf; that brought new aches and pains but his in depth knowledge tackled  and solved these problems.
