I have been a regular with Elliott now for over 18 months averaging 2 sessions per week. I signed up on a recommendation after a serious illness and needing  to get fit. During this time Elliott has contrived to make every session interesting and suited specifically for my needs. For example, I am now fit enough to take up golf; that brought new aches and pains but his in depth knowledge tackled  and solved these problems, same with cycling. I have also followed a lot of his advise on diet and feel better for it.  I have tried,and dropped out of, gyms and organised group classes but his gentle manner and enthusiasm makes 'working out' a pleasure and I feel as fit now as I've ever felt.
