Some studies have shown that dairy suppresses a fat producing hormone called calcitrol. By adding dairy foods which are also high in protein i.e, greek yoghurt (Total, Liberte, Skyr, etc), Cottage cheese etc. helping suppress that hormone and making fat burning a breeze.
Hot and Spicy Foods
Foods like chillis, hot peppers or ginger, help you release a chemical into your body that increases your metabolism, if only for a short while, helping you to literally burn body fa.
