"I began training with Elliott several months ago, at that stage I weighed 18 stone and 10lbs. Although I think many trainers might have found this a bit daunting, Elliott very quickly ascertained not only what my goals  were but how hard he could push me to achieve them. Then as all good trainers do, he pushed me further ignoring an enormous amount of whinging along the way.

I've probably had some sort of gym membership for ten years, with varying degrees of success. Along with that I've had five different personal trainers, ranging from an ex army pt instructor to a short stint with a “heal the mind and the body will follow” type trainer. Personally I like Elliott's style, which is not to let me get away with anything but not to intimidate either.

My main goals is weight loss and so far I have lost over 3 stone. When I hit a plateau as most people do when attempting to lose a lot of weight. Elliott took the time to go through all of the possible reasons for it, until we found the cause.

He sets multiple achievable goals so that I can see measurable results, be it an increase in stamina, strength or a decrease in weight and centimetres .

Elliott uses a dynamic training methodology and as such boredom and exercise fatigue are not issues. He also has an impressive level of anatomical knowledge, so I'm coming to learn the difference between my brachioradialis and my gluteaus maximus, whether I like it or not."
