"On New Years Day 2008, I awoke to find that I was approaching my 50th birthday, was less fit that I would have liked and nearly three stones overweight.  Something had to be done.

In early February our sessions began and I set myself the initial goal to lose two stones before my 50th in July.  We met twice a week and Elliott planned a schedule for me that would gradually improve my fitness and posture and also help me reach my goal.  He was also invaluable in advising me regarding my diet and recommending a calorie intake that would enable a safe weight loss but also to enable me to cope with his training sessions.
 
I reached my target weight loss in only twelve weeks.  Better still, my weight  continued to drop  and now I am comfortably maintaining it.
 
Although I adhered to a nutritionally sensible diet, I would not have managed to reach my goals without Elliott's constant encouragement and positive training methods.  He has very good empathy and is quick to recognise potential problems and modify his training methods.
 
 Not only is Elliott a skilled and extremely knowledgeable trainer, he has the ability to motivate without the slightest hint of aggression.  I would highly recommend Elliott's Personal Training sessions to anyone of any age."
