Hayes Health and Fitness offers a brilliant service and Elliott is a fantastic personal trainer! He helped me a few years back lose 6 stone in weight and is now helping me to build muscle and tone up. I was overweight during most of my childhood and throughout my teenage years. After trying every single diet and exercise routine out there, I finally joined the gym and was approached by Elliott. Boy am I glad he did. After just 6 months I was 6 stone lighter and this was through just 1 personal training session per week. (I was meant to go on my own too but rarely did and the weight still fell off). I had to give it up for a few years but now I am back. I’ve seen results very quickly this time as well and am a completely different person. My confidence has skyrocketed, anxiety has reduced and I am constantly receiving compliments from friends and family about how much better I look. Elliott is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness and nutrition. He listens to what you want to achieve and develops a workout plan that will get you those results. As far as nutrition, what I like is that rather than give you a strict meal plan to follow, Elliott gave me the tools necessary to build a diet plan of my own using the foods that I like to eat. There is nothing worse than trying to choke down something that you don’t enjoy which makes food a chore. Also through doing this, I am becoming more knowledgeable and find my friends asking me for help with their fitness goals. This makes the whole process become second nature and a much more enjoyable experience. Elliott is also very sociable. I talk to him about lots of different subjects in between sets and his advice has helped me on numerous occasions. This puts you at ease immediately and I never feel awkward. He helps to make what could be a very difficult workout, fun and enjoyable. I would recommend Elliott to anyone who is looking to change their life for the better.
