"When I first started training with Elliott, I was a bit concerned that I wouldn’t be able to keep up because he doesn’t take prisoners! Right from the start he challenged me to improve in exercises that I knew, and to try new things. Within a short time I was squatting lower than I had ever been able to before, and that gave me confidence to challenge myself more. In particular I have had results with much improved strength and mobility, better body shape and feeling much more energised.


For me what is also very helpful, is that if I raise a question or have a problem with some ache or pain,  Elliott is able to assess the problem and immediately adapt the training session to accommodate whatever the issue is – that is a sure sign of someone who really knows his stuff.  It is obvious that Elliott really enjoys helping people to improve and the fact that he pushes me to do my best is very motivating for me."
